In the course of 2020, Encotech was tasked with the construction of our new store. Encotech was able to interface with both the appointed architects and the Korean representatives of the brand, creating a showroom of great value.

In 2022, we entrusted Encotech with the construction of our store in the center of Milan. Encotech acted as the General Contractor and successfully met our expectations. The store was built in full compliance with the high-quality standards of the group of which I am an administrator, with great punctuality and reliability. Encotech ensured an excellent result through competence and organization.

Since 2021, we have engaged in a close collaboration with Encotech in the realization of stores in Switzerland. Encotech acts on our behalf as a General Contractor throughout the Swiss territory, identifying the most suitable workforce for each project not only in economic terms but also considering the logistical aspects. Through Encotech, we have executed numerous high-standing stores, and Encotech has consistently met delivery deadlines. Encotech has been entrusted with the Executive Design and Works Management for the entire implementation of our new store. This was a highly complex intervention of elevated standing, both due to the location and the significance of the represented brand. Encotech guided us through the construction with a Site Management service that proved to be crucial for handling the workforce and, therefore, for achieving the ambitious goal of opening within the scheduled timeframe.
