A team from ENCOTECH, consisting of engineers and architects, actively supervised the construction phases and liaised with the client in New Delhi. Meanwhile, from the headquarters in Switzerland, Italian designers and artisans were coordinated. The villa project was ambitious not only in terms of size but also due to the extremely high standard of finishes, details, and the quality of materials, all rigorously ‘made in Italy.’

The project for the villa in New Delhi, India, includes, among other things, a double-height entrance hall, eleven suites, a spa with an outdoor pool, and a 2200 sqm park featuring a 20-meter-high artificial waterfall in the background. All floors are made of Italian marble, and the custom-made furnishings are also of Italian craftsmanship. Utilizing new technologies, ENCOTECH efficiently managed the Project Management of the construction, even at the international level, ensuring resource efficiency.
