The refined architectural design includes a distinctive volume with balconies, spaces, and protruding elements that create an interesting play of light and shadow made possible by the choice of a mixed structure of concrete and metalwork, and the selection of a high-performance ventilated facade.

Internally, the project features a 230-square-meter garage for 8 cars and includes the creation of a Spa area with a heated indoor pool, sauna, Hammam, and gym, a Hobby area, four guest rooms, two spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets, a TV room, a large living room with a lake-view terrace, and, above the building, the creation of the Library: an exquisite space at the upper level of the villa surrounded by glass walls with a view of Lake Lugano and the valley.

Outside, in addition to the extensive garden, the project includes the construction of an 11-meter outdoor pool with a sun deck.
