Encotech SA has been commissioned by the client to oversee all project phases, from the preliminary design to the awarding of contracts, through to project execution.
The project involves the renovation of approximately 2000 square meters within 6 pavilions of the complex located in the center of Bologna, offering a gym, study rooms, dining areas, shops, and a bookshop. It also includes the redevelopment and modernization of all external areas (the complex as a whole covers 234,000 square meters), with the addition of a shopping gallery, a botanical garden, recreational spaces, bike and car-sharing facilities, as well as improved road safety.
