Taking inspiration from the salient characteristics of the architecture of the valleys, we wanted to revisit the typical mountain chalet in a modern key. The pitched roof is clearly marked, becoming clear, precise, clean, without overhanging eaves and which runs vertically along the façade, becoming an evident and characterizing graphic sign.

Large windows open up to the exceptional view of the Bormio 3000 slopes. The building sits along the strong slope characteristic of the lot, adapting to the surrounding buildings whose distances characterise its shape but also its use.
The building was built using a wooden construction system, with an XLAm structure, that has a reinforced concrete base, in order to avoid moisture problems and to provide a solid foundation.
