The spaces, located within a building originally intended for industrial use, seamlessly complement Genny’s activities (design and production of innovative electric wheelchairs). It consists of a large, unified space totaling approximately 300 square meters. The project developed by Encotech focused on reimagining the livability of the spaces, highlighting the innovative and noble activities hosted within.

The intervention primarily targeted the replacement of external fixtures, allowing for the harnessing of new natural light in the spaces through “full-light” openings. Additionally, thermally insulated windows were used to enhance internal well-being. New large minimalistic glass partitions inside divide the space into small offices, meeting areas, and a remaining open-space coworking section. These partitions also contribute to transparency and internal brightness while ensuring privacy when needed.

Finally, electrical system modifications made the spaces more flexible, enabling the use of artificial lighting arrangements to enhance the ambiance. Careful color choices for the ceiling and walls, along with the creation of chalkboard walls, added contemporaneity and vibrancy, aligning with the collaborators’ mode of operation: creativity and idea sharing. Encotech handled Design, Construction Supervision, Project Management, and Interior Design.
