The New Cultural Center, completed at the end of 2014, has a volume of 125,000 cubic meters. Inside, there is a theater for 1000 people equipped with the highest stage tower in Switzerland, a museum of approximately 2700 square meters, a common entrance hall 20 meters high, multipurpose and conference rooms, two cafes, and a bookshop. Externally, a square, an open-air theater, a park, and an underground parking facility for 327 cars have been constructed.

Given the diverse functions inside, the project required the involvement and consultation of a very high number of different expertise, ranging from safety to fire prevention, from acoustics to museology, from construction physics to Building Information Management (BIM). ENCOTECH handled the Project Management for the entire construction site, collaborating with the public client for the realization of the most important public work built in Ticino in recent years.
