Renovation of a rural building in Mezzovico, Canton Ticino.
The project involves the renovation of a small rural building in Mezzovico, Switzerland. Despite its small size, the project presents interesting aspects due to the uniqueness of the existing building, as well as some challenges from a structural and construction standpoint.
To address these issues, ENCOTECH has taken on the Construction Management and Project Management roles. Additionally, the company is responsible for Cost Control, which can be challenging in renovation projects like this, with potential risks of exceeding the established budget. The project aims to create three new apartments, one of which will be housed in a small, new independent villa. New garages will also be constructed, integrated into the historical context of the existing building unit and in harmony with the surrounding environment.
