The excellence of Italian fine dining, the Langosteria.

Opened in 2016, the Bistrot is characterized by its elegant yet casual style. In 2023, it took the opportunity to expand by taking over the spaces of the adjacent commercial activity to offer its customers a new space: the Sala del Vino, a new private room with a capacity of 30 people. The room is equipped with a wine cellar that houses more than 1000 bottles of wine. Langosteria has also decided to use part of the new space to dedicate it to the new Fish Lab, a space for the sole preparation, cleaning and filleting of fish.

Encotech acted as General Contractor, selecting the teams of professionals to be involved in a project that was extremely attentive to architectural quality and details, coordinating the designers from design to construction, and developing a coherent and reliable work program.

The challenge posed by this type of construction was to maintain the high and refined quality, given by the target of Langosteria, reconciling the client’s desire to inaugurate the new Sala del Vino in the shortest possible time.
