Villa Palma is located in the municipality of Montagnola and consists of three studio apartments, one two-room apartment, and two three-room apartments spread over three floors, with a total living area of 400 square meters.
The apartments, all with a lake view, feature balconies and terraces overlooking Lake Ceresio, enhancing natural lighting. The villa is surrounded by greenery with approximately 1,000 square meters of gardens and common areas.
The project involves a renovation aimed at making the space more livable through a complete redesign of the living spaces, the renewal of electrical and mechanical systems, and high-quality finishes.
Encotech is responsible for the Executive Design phases, Work Supervision, and Project Management; Nicola Probst Architects studio is in charge of the final project and architectural direction.
