The store, located in the heart of the historic center of Zurich, is a 140-square-meter space divided over two levels entirely dedicated to sales, while service areas, technical rooms, and the warehouse are located in the basement.

The store’s stylistic choices were developed directly by the brand. In this case, it was decided to reuse part of the existing coverings and furniture, such as the golden cashier, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, the tile cladding with a play of volumes, and the distribution of light points.

For this project, Encotech played the role of General Contractor for the civil works and renovation of the store’s existing facilities. We demolished the floors and built two new fitting rooms. All walls and ceilings were refreshed. The new wooden floor, chosen by the customer, was installed. We provided and installed prints for windows, branded doormats, and the new store signs. For the systems, we checked all climate and safety installations. Lighting was entirely replaced with lamps and spotlights, opting for models with higher energy efficiency.

Encotech managed the project, overseeing the order of materials and the construction direction, coordinating the various companies involved in the project.
