The development involves the construction of three buildings, two of which are adjacent, and one independent, each comprising 17 apartments. They span 2 basement levels and 5 above-ground floors. The two basement levels house parking spaces for cars and bicycles, with 44 parking spaces at -1 and 49 parking spaces at -2. The buildings will be constructed in accordance with MINERGIE – CECE ‘A’ standards, and the design of the systems also reflects the same attention to energy efficiency and internal comfort.

The systems include a controlled ventilation system that introduces fresh air into the living room and bedrooms while extracting stale air from the kitchen and bathrooms. A heat exchanger recovers the heat from the extracted air before it is expelled, transferring it to the incoming fresh air. The heat recovery is in the range of 90-95% of the thermal energy from the extracted air. Currently, ENCOTECH oversees the Construction Management for the specialized excavation and foundation works. ENCOTECH coordinates the team of engineers, the construction company, and specialized contractors, preparing reports that are communicated to all involved parties, including the client.
