The project ‘Dual Residence’ in Lumino, Switzerland, involves the construction of two residential buildings with three above-ground floors each, and the construction of an underground garage serving the residences.
The apartments have a total area of 1150 sqm, featuring high-standard finishes and are equipped for the installation of the latest generation home automation systems. For this project, ENCOTECH has taken on the Construction Management and Project Management roles, coordinating between the architect and other designers, preparing necessary contractual documents and their distribution, managing and overseeing the awarding of contracts, controlling the project budget, maintaining project documentation, updating and maintaining the project risk register.
